We are obsessed with customer satisfaction and take ALL complaints very very seriously. It is not common for us to receive complaints however if you are unhappy with our service (booking experience, customer service etc) please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you.
If you are unhappy about any aspect of your training course, exam or trainer - you must first contact the training provider and follow their complaints procedure.
You can also send us the complaint, and we can forward it to the training provider on your behalf. However please note, our involvement will be very limited.
